Roberto Schiavone di Favignana is a Neapolitan individual who, in 2024, established his own self-styled Order of St. John of Jerusalem. This new Group emerged as a splinter faction from a previously existing, similarly unofficial organisation, which is led by Torbjorn Paterno.

Schiavone di Favignana's background includes many years as the Hospitaller General of the Paterno-led group.
